Claire has a team of very knowledgable professionals who are able to make what is normally a very stressful time in life feel very comfortable. Pictures of our home showed the beautiful details and brought views and buyers! Also, we had a very ill mother who lives with us and it was understood schedules needed to work for her as well. From beginning to end it flowed with professionalism and understanding! Having pets in the home was always taken into consideration as well. She made suggestions as needed, has a very keen eye for detail and knows her market! The whole team is amazing!

Claire and her team worked tirelessly to ensure the sale of 2 long term rentals we've held. These were difficult properties to move given that they were entry-level homes that present challenges in financing for first time home buyers. She quickly conquered every hurdle and had a solution for virtually every problem. We highly recommend her.

Claire is the total package! She is a 5+ in integrity, attention to detail, knowledge, and hand holding! I tried to sell my home unsuccessfully for 5 (costly months!) before I placed it in her care.
